full mailing address, phone numbers and some information
regarding your preferences as a charter guest or yacht
owner when you register to become an Azimut Charter Club
member.
Yacht charter reservation
Azimutcharterclub.com collects the billing address of
the credit card that is used to purchase a yacht charter.
We will also collect credit card information, including
card number, card type, cardholder name, and expiration
date, in order to bill you for the yacht charter purchased
through Azimutcharterclub.com. Please view our Credit

Yacht Charter details
When you book a charter on www.azimutcharterclub.com,
we may collect information about your Charter Preferences,
including your travel arrangements, preferred activities,
food preferences, beverage preferences, allergies, etc...
This information is stored in the “Charter Guest”
section which can be accessed through the following link:

When someone other than yourself is accompanying you
on your yacht charter, we may collect PI and travel
preferences about that individual. You should obtain
the consent of other individuals prior to providing
Azimutcharterclub.com with their full names, contact
numbers, e-mail addresses, and Charter Preferences,
as they will be unable to directly access our systems
to view or change any information you provide on their
behalf.
Yacht Charter request
On Azimutcharterclub.com, you can submit a request for
a yacht charter by selecting a preferred yacht, location
and dates and filling in a contact form. By submitting
the form, you do not commit to purchasing a yacht charter.
Information collected by Azimutcharterclub.com when you
submit a request may include your full name, e-mail address,
street address, city, zip code, country of residence and
phone numbers.
Contacting the Azimut Charter Club
Azimutcharterclub.com collects PI such as your full name
and e-mail address whenever you submit a question or suggestion.
Newsletter
Azimutcharterclub.com collects PI such as your e-mail
address whenever you subscribe to our Newsletter.

charter is used to bill your credit card and deliver your
travel documents, either electronically or through the

Marketing notifications
As a registered Azimut Charter Club member, you may receive
e-mails from us about special offers, Azimut news, trip
information, or other travel opportunities on Azimutcharterclub.com
and its marketing partners. We may also use your e-mail
address or telephone number to contact you about changes
to your purchased yacht charter. You may also receive
postal mail notifications from us about special offers,
Azimut news, trip information, or other travel opportunities
and its marketing partners. E-mail or postal marketing
notifications containing offers for our marketing partners
will be sent by Azimut Charter Club on our partners'
behalf.
Responses to your questions or suggestions
We will use your e-mail address or telephone number to
respond when you submit a question or suggestion, or request
assistance when accessing your account.

Azimut Charter Club may contract a reputable third
party to facilitate the distribution of survey, promotion,
or sweepstakes programs. Upon completion of these projects,
all information is returned to Azimut Charter Club.
Our obligations
Azimut Charter Club may be required by law to disclose
information you have provided in obtaining our yacht charter
products or services. Azimut Charter Club may also disclose
information against someone who poses a threat to Azimut
Charter Club’s interests (such as customer fraud)
or whose activities could bring harm to others. In addition,

information, and emergency contacts for guests associated
with each yacht charter; and update your charter preferences.

of being an Azimut Charter Club member as an Azimut yacht
owner or a charter guest.
Send a yacht charter request or place an option
When you send a request for a yacht charter, pre-book
a charter or place an option, we will send you a confirmation
e-mail with the details of your request (i.e. yacht model,
cruising area, start and end dates, etc…)
Purchase or cancel a yacht charter
Each time you purchase a yacht charter through Azimutcharterclub.com,
or change or cancel a confirmed travel reservation, you
will receive confirmation of your booking via e-mail.
In the event that your travel plans are disrupted because
of mechanical, weather, or carrier business conditions,
Azimut Charter Club may contact you to inform you of these
disruptions and help you make alternative travel arrangements.
